Regulation for Charges of Using Machine of Nano-Electro-Menchanical-Systems (NEMS) Research Center, NTU

Article 1   Based on the principle of fair payment by users, and in accordance with Article 6 of the Establishment Regulations of the National Taiwan University Nano-Electro-Mechanical-Systems Research Center ( hereinafter referred to as the Center), the regulation for machine usage charges management are as follows.

Article 2   Please refer to the "Nano-Electro-Mechanical-Systems Research Center Machine Usage Charges List" for the charging standards of this center.

Article 3   The Center will send out payment notices for machine usage fees every month. The payer needs to reply via email about the machine usage fee invoice is needed to be issued or not within 14 days after receiving the email notification.

Article 4   For machine usage fee invoices that have been issued, starting from the 7th day of the invoice date, the academic unit must receive the cash within no more than 4 months; the industry must receive the cash within no more than 2 months. 

Article 5   Those who are in arrears of machine usage fees must pay all fees. If there is still a balance in arrears, it will be deemed as violating the above payment deadline, and the center will take suspension measures against the user.

Article 6: These regulations will be implemented after being approved by the center meeting and approved by the dean of the College of Engineering and the dean of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The same applies to revisions. Amendments must follow the same procedure.
