In order to improve the performance and functionality of the cleanroom, the NEMS research center will carry out a six-month engineering of cleanroom renovation. This renovation engineering will start in mid-December, and the factory equipment will be maintained and replacement in the meantime. All engineering are expected to be completed in the end of April next year. The construction area will be surrounded by safety warning sheet belt to ensure safety and cleanliness.
