填寫委託申請表/Log in to Submit Request委託人規劃製程後，選擇設備並填寫製程需求。
請先聯絡工程師確認製程可行性 tech@mail.nems.ntu.edu.tw
**卓越、應力無塵室請分開下委託單**Select the required tools and fill out the processing requirements respectively. Prior to submitting the request, please contact our staff in advance via tech@mail.nems.ntu.edu.tw to confirm the feasibility and requirements of your requests.

回簽報價單、付款證明/ Review and Approve Quotation and Provide Proof of Payment簽名回傳報價單、匯款並上傳證明後，可安排製程。(報價單有效期限2周)
Upon review and approval of the request, a quotation will be issued. Quotations are valid for 2 weeks.The requester must sign and return the quotation, and submit proof of payment before the request can be scheduled and processed.

委託完成/Service Completed and Delivered收據、成品或報告交付。
Deliverables (e.g., receipts, fabricated items, or reports) will be provided upon completion.
注意事項
Notifications
委託操作服務條款
- 責任限制本中心僅依雙方協議之製程內容進行委託操作，對於最終實驗結果之品質、性能或適用性，不作任何明示或默示之保證。
急件收費標準
陪同代工（指定日期）、5個工作天內完成，以上視為急件，儀器操作費以2倍計算。
*視儀器及排程狀況，中心保留最終解釋權。
陪同人員規範
陪同代工人員以 二人為限，並須另行繳納無塵室使用費。陪同人員應嚴格遵守智慧財產權規範，若有未經允許抄錄、複製或擷取實驗參數及相關資料之行為，委託人與行為人應負法律全責。
退費與抵用規定
所有委託操作收費一經簽名確認後，合約成立，概不予退費。若因不可抗力如機臺損壞等因素，得於日後委託服務時抵用。
自2026/3/15之後停止卓越E-Beam Metal/Oxide的代工委託，預計同年十月後再開放。
自2026/2/10之後停止卓越PECVD的代工委託，預計同年十月後再開放。

報價單將依照兩中心之儀器分開報價
